Contract-driven architecture for deterministic pipelines, proprietary agent skills, and a fully integrated Figma library for design to code workflows.
• Embedded in a larger team on a React component library built for deep customization. Leading exploration on typography systems and swappable icon architecture. Designing and implementing a studio app for internal testing.

• Architected Enara's agentic design system: contract-driven architecture and agent infrastructure. Supporting React and React Native libraries, consumed by a 10-engineer team. 100% component metadata and barrel-export parity, zero hardcoded colors across 80+ components, 1:1 auto-generated documentation.
• Developed tooling, documentation and knowledge bases that empowered HR, marketing, sales, operations, and C-level to generate on-brand artifacts and prototypes. Built an AI-literacy benchmark across those departments and teamed up with the Head of Growth to facilitate an AI lab for cross-functional feedback and project demos.
• Collaborated with the Head of Architecture to rebuild the website from WordPress onto Enara's AWS environment with Astro + React, cutting maintenance costs by 90%. Built agent-driven automation pipelines for content updates and data integrations that keep member-facing features always up to date.

• Led the member app redesign, using Enara's clinical research on success factors in telehealth weight care to win executive buy-in and partnering with a mobile engineer to build it. Restructured information architecture to consolidate core actions, driving a +29% increase in appointment clicks, +13% in progress views, and +25% in health tracking tool adoption.

• Directed Enara's brand refresh across clinic assets, sales decks, and digital platforms, establishing the foundational visual language and standardized design patterns that scaled across Enara and its partner clinics.
